Description
The locking spade terminal has similar features to the spade, but with an interior notch that locks into place around the stud. Extra force is needed to remove from the stud, deterring accidental removal if the mount screw loosens. Insulated terminals are used when an insulated barrel is required and feature color-coding that signifies the correct wire gauge size.
