Returns

Prepare Your Return: Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all tags and accessories. Make sure the Return Authorization Number is clearly written on the return package.
Send the Return: Ship the item to the address provided in the return instructions. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is safely delivered.
Refunds
Once we receive your return, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that it may take a few additional days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for return:
Personalized or customized products.
Gift cards.
Items marked as final sale or clearance items.
Damaged or Defective Items

Exchanges

Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part (such as receiving the wrong or damaged item). In that case, we will provide a prepaid return label for you to use.
