High quality material offers superior protection from dust, weld spatter and impact. 5-1/4 inch (133.35 mm) x 4-1/2 inch (114.3 mm) clear plastic welding cover lens. Meets ANSI Z87.1 Safety Standards. Fits Forney 55647, 55669, 55672, 55673, 55684 and 55686 welding helmets. Claims for warranty must be made within 90 days of the date of purchase. Proof of purchase required. This warranty does not cover any product that has been subject to misuse, neglect, negligence or accident or that has been used in any way contrary to the purpose intended.
